Several airline may fly to Geneva from Barhain via different European airports ie. Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Doha etc most of them will take pets as excess baggage.
For export documents you will need export licence from Bahrein and your EU health certificats for entry into Europe and special ones for Switzerland. Proof of residence is required for Switzerland.
For import into Lebanon, health visit and certificats are required by approved government veterinarian authorities.
