I purchased a money gram for a dog that was supposed to be sent to me. i paid $200 and once the dog arrived i found out i had to pay 699.27 for insurance. the lady whom was selling the dog said she didnt know but, shouldnt there be a form signed before sending the animal. i couldnt pay it so the dog went back but now im out $200 for a dog i never recieved. what do i do?

I am making a prelim inquiry about transporting my four horses and four cats to USA. Ultimate destination will be Pagosa springs in Cooloradthere are two at 16.3 hands and two at 15 hands. Two mares two geldings. None have airfreighted before. I am just making inquiry aout approx cost at this stage.

I know there are quarantine requirements in USA and a lots of paperwork this end. but I am just seeing if it is feasible at this stage.

Je suis déspererée!!Je projette de quitter la Suisse pour les Philippines,et 'jamais sans mes 2 chattes'.
Je n'ai pas encore fixé la date de départ, ce serait depuis Genève vers Siargao island.

J'ai un peu cherché sur le net et ai compris que l'on a le droit a un seul animal pas personne,celui ci doit peser moins de 5 kg pour etre en cabine.

Mais toutes les compagnies n'acceptent pas l'animal en cabine,certaines races sont refusées même en soute(j'ai une chatte de gouttière et une sibérienne), et le transit dans de nombreux aeroports est interdit ...

J'ai aussi entendu dire qu'il existe des organisations qui s'occupent de transporter vos animaux avec une personne qui les accompagne.

Pourriez vous me dire quel serait le meilleur moyen de transporter ces chattes?En cabine?En soute?Quels aéroports les accpetent en transit?Y a t'il moyen de trouver des hôtels ou l'on peut faire escale et ou les chats sont acceptés?Connaissez vous les coordonnées de ces compagnies qui s'occupent de tout et sont elles fiables?

I'd like to move in Sweden this November. Im living in Switzerland.

Is there any direct flight from Geneva to Stockholm?

If not, can I still take my rabbit with me and not let him with the bagages or somewhere else where I can't see him?

I call so many different flight companies who don't accept rabbits because they think it's a "rodent". Actually, I found only "Finnair" who accept them but unfortunately they have to stop first at Helsinki before to land in Stockholm.

Can you help me to fin another company who accept rabbits in the cabin?

Ideally I would like to leave the kitten behind for the time the rabies vaccination is valid and then have the kitten transported to Switzerland from Greece? Could you arrange it all for me? Hi, just got to know that the UK pet travel rules has changed on 1 January 2012 and if the animal is microchipped, gets vaccinated against rabies, receives the EU passport and meets the rules, then it can be brought into the UK without problem. I have also checked the rules regarding relocating pets from UK to Taiwan and saw that the animal has to stay in the UK for more than six months after it enters UK. I do hope to avoid putting my pets to quarantine by relocating them directly from Italy to Taiwan. However, before I make the move to bring them to UK, I need to know what I need to do once I enter the UK with my cats so that they can pass the required period and receive all the documents needed.

Also, if I eventually decide to relocate them directly from Italy to Taiwan via Cargo, is there any directly flight?

I have been in contact with a french dog seller online, and apparantly they are using rexexpress@yahoo.com. They ask me to transfer $300 (which is cheap for french bulldog) via western union bank FIRST before they proceed with the booking of flight.
I find it very weird cause they do not use name@rexexpress.com and the contact no. provided to me doesn't exist on this website. Please advice!
